The facilities are always clean. The staff has always been very nice. It’s a great location to our son who is stationed at Cherry point. The breakfast is always good. The indoor pool is a nice option.
The king mattress in our room needs to be replaced. We stayed several days and tried to flip it and spin it but it just sags. I also don’t like sleeping on microfiber sheets because they apparently do not let your body breathe; I always sweat and have trouble staying asleep when using them.

The remote had to be held a certain way for it to work. When I brought it to the attention of the staff that's what they told me. They said it was scheduled for a remodel. After checking in, we went out for a few hours turning the lights off as we left. When we returned the lights were on. I was told the maids were checking towels. On a room they had just cleaned?

The location and the cost for the rooms.
The comfort which didn't seem to be a king size mattress that I paid for.. There were insects that looked like tiny black ants. They were crawling onto the bed and other furniture in the room.
