Beds are very hard.

Room was nice.

The price was higher than booking.com quoted me. They charged me $10 to use the shuttle when their ad said it was free to guests.

Awful.

Not one thing.

None smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Half smoked cigarette under the bed. Room smelled awful. We got changed to a new room. There was either poop or blood stains all over the shower curtain.

Affordable, close to the airport.

Beds were comfortable. Front desk was nice.

Do yourself a favor do NOT GO HERE!

We reserved under booking.com for a specific date, somehow the reservation was made for the day after and we were traveling and needed to stay for the night. As soon as we noticed I called the hotel to cancel and told them it was a mistake but the receptionist was so rude and ZERO professional . We literally called them 2 minutes after reservations were made. They never agreed to void the “cancellation fee” even though it was never our intention to just not show up, I understand all businesses have policies that need to be followed but we are all humans and there can always be exceptions depending on the situation. But with this poor costumer service, poor english or issues comprehending a simple request I will never consider staying in a place like this and will recommend you do the same. I will tell all my friends and family. Fu*k@n& thiefs!!!! We have been back and fourth with booking and this lame hotel but according to booking, all the hotel needs to do is to answer an email accepting to void the fee. The hotel agreed to void the fee but they keep making excuses. Something so simple could’ve been resolved quickly but with this slow staff that will never happen. Hope you enjoy money that DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU THIEF. Also, I asked for a manager and was told NO. This is just so ridiculous and frustrating!!😤 Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, but not with these rats (thiefs) hungry for money 🐀

A roof over our head and a cold room was only plus, otherwise unexceptable.

Room got cold as needed.

Continental breakfast was the worst. No bagels, no cream cheese, spoiled milk, and no flavored creamer for coffee. We had dried blood or sauce in the bathroom. Waited 20 minutes or more to check into my room. The clerk was driving someone to the airport and no one else was around.

Ideal for our needs which was an overnight airport hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. We didn’t use the airport

Only minutes from the airport which was what we needed after travelling for 24 hours. Our room was clean and comfortable with basic furnishings. Not the height of luxury by any means but it suited us for one night before travelling onwards.

The breakfast was very dissapointing and very basic. The kitchen area where guests were making their choices & preparing toast, waffles for themselves was very small with not enough tables or chairs for all those requiring them.

hardly any parking spaces ones that were open were super small, Bed was hard as a rock, could tell the floor hadn't been cleaned in very long time

We cancelled. Waste of money. Worst experience at a hotel.

The rooms were run down and even though i said i would like parking-there were very few spaces. The employee told my fiancé to park next to a fire hydrant. Then when we said that was illegal he said he would move the hotel van there and we could park in front of the door. We saw four cars not in spots and double parked.

Very nice and clean place to stay for the

convenient to the airport and comfortable room

no usb ports to charge phone or tablet with the exception of using a plug and usb. No places to get anything to eat or fill up if having a early flight out.

smoking & non smoking rooms, clean & spacious! perfect!

I liked everything about the property. The property was clean, spacious, in a good location! I must say, I know many people search for non smoking but if you are like us and you’re looking for the balance of not ghetto but with a smoking room- ( they have non smoking as well in an entirely separated spot so no issues for those who prefer it) this was perfect! We were a 10min drive from several restaurants and the area this is in is more out of the direct hustle bustle of the city.. soooo perfect! The guy working the front desk- extremely friendly & helpful!

At an overall rating of 7 to 7.5, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The grab and go breakfast didn’t start at 5:00am. The only thing that you could grab and go with was an apple. I saw a young man putting sugar on his toast…then I noticed the cinnamon over by the coffee when I went to refill.

There were leaves on the floor in the room. It seems the receipt didn’t start with price quoted, but the end result was the same.

Sink wasn't clean. It had a noodle stuck to the side of the sink. Someone's earring was left on the counter, cause no one cleaned the counter. The floor was dirty.
