The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful . The location was easy to access. The room was nice and spacious king bedroom.
Only had 1 problem but the nice lady at the front desk handled it perfectly. When I got into the room I set my bags down and went to use the restroom. When I opened the toilet lid the bowl was dirty, so I flushed it and it backed up right away. So I went to the front desk and told her toilet was plugged. She asked me if I wanted a different room and I said no, I can probably get it unplugged if you have a plunger. She said let’s go see if we can find one and we went to their supply room and found one. She gave it to me along with a plastic bag to put it in after I was done and to keep it in restroom in case it got stuck again. Well I got it unplugged and let her know it was all good and thanked her for her assistance.
