Great location, comfortable beds, ease of check-in.
Night clerk seemed to be irritated, the chair in our room was very stained, matted, ripped. Carpet needs replaced, entire room was dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few days/weeks.

To me it was just another roadside motel, nothing to be excited about, but nothing to be disappointed about.
It's right on the frontage road and not far off of I-10, so it was extremely noisy with a lot of truck traffic.
