Quality Inn does NOT exist is Pecos. I Booked and Paid for a room thru Booking.com and hotel isn't even there!!! So disappointing. Not to mention the inconvenience y'all put me thru!!!!

The fact that migrants were working all around the facility, and working at night, playing loud music. The room wasn't clean

Room was clean Rest of hotel was a disaster. Looked like a bomb went off

Room was clean Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet since only 7 rooms available to guests. Saturday so no construction was being done.

Everything! Hotel was a disaster! Under renovation so construction debris everywhere. Conditions poor and dangerous to guests and hotel staff. Sidewalks halfway removed with rebar in new areas waiting for new cement but nothing blocked off to keep people safe. Huge hole in hotel courtyard where pool had been removed. Curtains and doors covered in paint and drywall mud. Construction workers and heavy equipment in public areas No breakfast since restaurant area was destroyed

Waste of money, exhausting trying to get to the room.

My room choice was "Accessible" but it was not Accessible and only rooms available were upstairs and there us no elevator. So I had to struggle so hard to get myself and my bag to the room. The hotel is under construction and they need to wait until construction is complete. I am totally dissatisfied and want my money back.

This facility should not be open for business and we would like a refund.

The advertised breakfast was not available. The property apparently is being sold and currently is undergoing major reconstruction.

No hot water, no coffee available for the coffeemaker, no breakfast, some electric outlets didn’t work, dirt and debris everywhere, luggage cart was filled with torn out flooring and not available. Being in our eighties, luggage was difficult to carry.

It is close to Interstate. The hotel had made arrangements for breakfast at a motel across the road.

it is under renovation, no lighted sign out front and dirt & dust in lobby and hallways. The room was clean but tv did not work, the refrigerator did not work and there was no basket for the coffee maker. I gave a list to the staff on checkout and suggested that a credit be given for the three items; however in checking my credit card statement I see no credit was provided. I have used Booking.com for years and this is the first time I have been totally unsatisfied! This hotel should not have been listed. After driving for 15 hours from MS to arrive at this poor excuse for a motel was a total disappointment.

Even when you book ahead, you STILL lose!!!!!

this location was excellent, easy access to everything, including my daughters work location, and her living quarters.

Right off the bat, as soon as we registered, the desk clerk was out of sorts, she didn’t understand HEARING IMPAIRED, and I believe she thought I, was being rude. Our first night was less than ACCOMMODATING, the room was amazing, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE, but, the room had ONE ROLL of TOILET PAPER, and for FOUR PEOPLE, two ADULTS, and TWO CHILDREN, I’d say that was, NOT ENOUGH!!! Also, there was TWO ADULTS TOWELS, ONLY in our room, and when we complained to the front desk about NO BREAKFAST, we were told, they had no MANAGEMENT, to order all the required AMENITIES, to run a HOTEL.

I was not happy with my stay and would not stay here again.

There was no breakfast. The desk clerk first put me in a room that was already occupied. She was more interested in entertaining her daughter than waiting on me. There were no cups, glasses or complementary toiletries.

I don’t think we will be staying at that location again.

well, online I thought it looked really nice. Front desk was nice. Standing at front desk I Looked around it seemed ok from a distance. But the closer you get the older it looked. You can see the underneath not as clean. I would say how some men clean. A SURFACE CLEAN!! it needs a Really Good Spring Cleaning job with taking out the old bottom plastic base board and lots of paint jobs. A/C could be a little nicer in performance. And Find a Toilet tank cover that fits! That’s all I got from a quick 1 night look. It was late and I was really tired.

Property was Really Old, worn out, place needs a lot more remodeling. it has had some top surface decor here and there. it’s like remodeling isn’t finished. Carpet was also wet. I couldn’t walk on it after a while my feet felt dirty. plus had only 1 towel in room had to go to front desk and request more. 2 adults 1 child 2 yrs old. Room was very wet. Too much moisture in the air. probably because of carpet. It had a sticky feel to it all night.

We did not stay, we canceled without entering the room due to the conditions of the property. The

We canceled our stay after attempting to go to our room thru a door in the back of the property which was unlocked and had a broken glass, the hallway was dirty, and in general the property did not appear to be maintained at all.

No parking, rooms are dirty, smells like smoke cops were in & out ask if it was a safe place they pretty much said not a safe place to bring family due to drugs and violence.
