It was ok

The location was excellent.

The room was filthy... The cleaning crew was insisting on cleaning the room before we were even awake, disturbed us several times. Some of the amenities were broken, blow dryer did not work, refrigerator was frozen over and tool cold, electrical receptacles were missing wall plates causing a dangerous hazard.

Close to interstate

Mold around toilet, peeling/or missing paint, outdated (but had newer furniture), dirty walls, dusty. The outside of the building wasn't much better; clogged gutters, weeds growing on the roof and general maintenance and up keep.

The rooms smelled bad like wet carpet , the pillows were not comfortable at all. The rooms definitely need more cleaning

being that I didn’t have to stay long it was a good visit the hostess was friendly somewhat the staff acted scary

the location due to was able to get to where I needed to go

parking area wasn’t good at all. the bathroom had clogged tub and the unit within wasn’t good at all

Exceptional

Very convenient to everything. Andrew the front office staff was great!

Breakfast was cinnamon rolls, but the crackell barrel is 3 min from the hotel.

I like to be close to that entrance of the i-70 I-5 exit to get on the freeway because I didn't drive fast and get away. Do not call me on duty.

Good

The convenience of the waffle House and how close it was to the powwow was great. Plus everyone kept mainly to themselves. The room was generally clean, but there were some things left over from previous stays.

Staff didn't know much about the area, even what was just in the street or where the powwow was. Considering it was the host hotel, I'd say that's kinda a big thing to at least figure out.

the people who work in that place are very courteous and attentive with people.

They did not have a good breakfast, and I had a cockroach in the room.

Couldn't change or modify my reservation after I booked according to the mgr. Terrible rooms! Terrible mgmt. Says breakfast included: Not even fresh coffee was made in the morning

I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast consists of Coffee, sweet roll, orange juice.

Electrical plug for the coffee pot was not working or the hair dryer. I had to put the coffee pot in the floor the make coffee. Could not plug the hair curling iron in. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling in corner above the tub.

So the staff was nice.

We found a cockroach the room smelled heavily of cigarettes it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
