Excellent location if you’re doing anything in Hershey. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
Didn’t affect me but there is no elevator if you’re in need of one. Short walk up. If you require an elevator contact them prior to booking so you’ll be on the ground floor.

Small bathrooms, charged for WiFi that went in and out. No hot breakfast.

At least bare minimum have a microwave in the rooms.. room size for a double queen is misleading in the pictures.breakfast area was dirty and i would not call that breakfast
