I know this is a weird one but the pillows. They were absolutely the best. Not too hard not too soft.
I use a mobility scooter. So the things I didn't like are on me not the hotel.

It was affordable and conveniently located for our purposes.
Our first room on the first floor had experienced water damage at some point and was extremely and offensively musty smelling. We were moved to a room on the second floor and it was better but the entire hotel smelled musty.
