The price ...
The bathrooms were clean but could be repainted
Staff was very friendly
People approaching me outside asking for money or a ride to the store
Also everyday I had to have my key reprogrammed after 11am

It's was quiet and peaceful
The fact that bugs were in the room, tv remote did not work, office staff did not seem welcoming.
