The thing i liked from the Whole vacation Was the beach.

The pool Was always dirty, the service Was horrible too, they never came to clean the room once. the rooms smelled very bad it Was always smelling like cigaretts and mold in your rooms, no matter how Hard you try the smell does not go away! Our bed was broken when we got there and we told them twice about it and they never changed it, they never change the bed covers they Just bought you clean towels. The bed were the by worst thing i have ever experimented they had bed bugs they bit my daughter all over. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL!!

Cheapest for Oceanfront but remember you get what you pay for!

The location was perfect and the rooms were decent sized

Checking in was a very long process Only 2 staff members processing all the paperwork, which includes an ID for every adult (I had 3 rooms). You must pay $100 deposit for each room it must be CASH The customer service was horrible no smiles no hellos how's your day or apologies for the inconvenience of paperwork etc. After my parking pass flew out the window I went to the front desk asking for another one again the customer service was horrible instead of greeting me with a smile she drilled me with questions and lask back about needing a pass. The rooms do NOT look as nice the advisement at all!! I did not see bedbugs but definitely saw some roaches.

All the staff was very nice and I loved it cause we was on the beach . The pool area was nice and clean and the hot tub was clean

The room we stayed in had cracks in the ceiling that needed to be repaired and we find roaches in our room which was they should do a annual bug spray

The location

Cock roaches, lights didn't work, only half the stove worked, fridge had a faulty receptacle so it work sometimes. Had to throw away food.

I didn't like anything. They were usually rude and I was getting charged way to much. And they were just rude. And don't take pets.. Says pet friendly but most of the staff is scared of dogs

The room was dirty,electric outlet was broken and couldn't be used.no light bulbs in the lights, bathroom was really in bad shape, then I opened the door to go out,and the door know fell off, seat outside were filthy, no where to hang cloths. We had to be moved to another location.

The tub didn't have a stopper could get a bath, I almost broke my shoulder opening that hard to open door.Most of all I didn't like the fact that I got moved to ocean plaza and the only thing I like about that room was the ocean front view.

Nothing we will never go back. The staff was very rude, it was over all just nasty, bugs crawling around the rooms, stains on the towels washcloths, and bedding. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold growing in and around the tub and there had apparently been a water leak that damaged the ceiling as well. The beds was terrible with sharp metal frames sticking out. The tub and sinks took forever to drain. Outside was no better it's extremely run down. We was actually there as a group with a totally of 3 rooms and all of them was over all just awful.

Nothing. The price was cheap but you get what you pay for.

Everything. Advertise as ocean front motel, I was assuming we was getting ocean front room, what it said when I booked the room. Come to find out those rooms was being remodeled. Dirty linens on the bed, had to change those. Cockroaches everywhere, every time had to kill them. Had trouble sleeping because of the bugs and worry about the shady people hanging around the motel, like homeless, act like they was on drugs and I'm pretty sure women of the streets. Lucky our vehicle didn't get broken into. They do have security of sorts during the night. Kitchen sink kept stopping up

It was adequate for a cheap stay but disappointing as for the condition of the property.

It was a beach front location which was nice, and it was close to local venues.

The place shows its age. The room was adequate but not particularly appealing. The staff seemed rather non-comital.
