It was very cozy room, nice and quiet environment. But the front desk stuff was inexperience and unprofessional.
We have reached there couple of hours early because we flew in from LA to OKC and we didn't have anywhere else to go. We have also sent message to the hotel the previous day for early arrival because of our flight schedule. So when we reached there, we asked to check in. The clerk first said all rooms are full, then when we mentioned about sending message previous day then she called the room service to check and they had found a room for us. Which we really appreciate that. But she said she had to cancel the online booking and rebook us again. She promised us that we would not be double charged. So we paid again and guess what couple days later we realized that we got charged twice. Once by the online booking and secondly by the front clerk. We had to send someone at the location to show her that we were charged twice and then she refunded one of the booking money. This is horrible and we are not going to book this place again in our life. Just an unprofessional harassments.
