Nightmare

The place was closed when I got there. What is there the like?

I didn't like the fact that when I got to the property it was closed. You people never let me know took me an hour to find someplace else to check into.

We where to stay here September 5 thru September 9 2022. On the morning of September 6 I was awoken to hear we need to leave. There were ROACHES Iin the bathroom. I have been waiting for them to refund me. And never did. Unless you like ROACHES I would stay away.

Wouldn't stay at any again

Coffee juice and stale baby danishes all offered

Had to go back 3 times to get a room that was clean or able to make entry had to go to office to get toilet paper

Everything was good except the hot water in shower didn't really work it was a Luke warm shower it was a fast shower that was the only thing bad about it....

This was my first time staying alone in a hotel room and I enjoyed it.

Great location — love Elizabethtown! Overall my stay was good. It was a pleasant experience. Glad to have a room with a working microwave, tv, and refrigerator! No trouble of any kind with the staff or payments.

The room could’ve been a little fresher smell wise and cleaner sinks/floors. But again, not complaining — great stay for the money!

Passable

It was easy to find. Close to Waffle house.

Phone did not work. Neighborhood felt sketchy. Minimal to no breakfast. Felt even less safe when at this location there was a $50 damage or something charge. Never mention some minimal sign on back of check in desk computer. It was refunded.

Althoughvthe stay was fine, I would not want to take my family there for a week vacation.

close to our destination at a reasonable price.

Property was run down and antiquated. Pool was not open. When we arrived, we were not given the queen, non-smoking room we had ordered. We received a double room that smelled like smoke. We were told they didn’t have any rooms left that we had requested. When I closed from the double smoking room, the receptionist did change us to what we had originally asked for.

There was urine on the toilet. Floors were dirty. Sheets were stained. TV did not work. No clean wash cloths.

Pool permanently closed. Dirty washcloth hanging in shower and lots of hair in shower. Building falling a part. Should be closed down. Cigarette burns on linens. Not friendly staff. TV didnt work. Lamps didn't work. Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth, the other washcloth was hanging in the shower, used.

booking shouldn’t even offer this hotel. it’s bad business. this place is HORRIBLE.

absolutely nothing.

literally everything. The staff was not helpful at all. our room was NOT clean and when we brought it to the attention of the staff they just said “yea our cleaning crew isn’t the best”. The room smelled so strongly of smoke it was in the beds and ended up being in our clothes. The bathtub literally was used as an ashtray. The bathroom light was taken apart and left on the counter. we had no soap or towels in the room at all. blood on the bathroom walls as well.

No Towels, no pool, no coffee maker in Room, trash All over the place, the Place Smelled Like Pee and there was Glass all over broke and the Staff was Rude, the Microwave was Broke the lamp between beds didn't work.
