This location is in need of some minor physical repairs. Small but noticable things.

Your desk staff are awesome. Joel, Gary and Robert are exceptional. The breakfast was very well prepared with ample options. The cleaning crew obviously do a very good job.
The pool is cloudy and way off of its ideal setpoints. I walked into the pool waist high, turned around a got out. Very tacky on the skin. Ph, acidity are two obvious problems.

The location was great and front desk personnel were very nice.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were not good.
Housekeeping is not the best.
The indoor pool was great, but there were no towels available.
The breakfast was simple, but ran out fast and seemed like the staff had a hard time refilling certain things.
