Great location - right on the beach. Our housekeeper was terrific and kept the room immaculate. There is a big pool which was nice. Daily live musical entertainment and family activities for the kids.
The woman at the front desk appeared miserable at both check in and check out, probably needs a vacation. Didn't say a word when greeted, never welcomed us nor thanked us for staying.
No rules were enforced at the pool, creating genuine safety hazards.
The building is sweltering and the elevator is so slow it almost goes backwards. This place hasn't been updated in eons. The wall AC unit in our room was noisy. The bathroom is tiny - you can barely close the door.
