I won’t be back, terrible service. On the next occasion I prefer to pay more and not have to find such a bad place.

the customer service is too bad, I had the check-in at 11:00 AM, for which I arrived at that time with my family and when trying to talk to the person at the reception I only received bad words; I had to wait until 2:00 PM to receive the room. Upon entering the place, it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, which was very uncomfortable for my family, and no way to file a complaint because the person at the reception was very rude.

Awful experience.

Nothing like me…was a awful experience . Dirty room (Bedding, Bathroom, microwave, fridge), smells so bad, no body was in the office for the check out. So I didn’t put the key card under the door of the office. The location is awful.

Do not recommend. Very dirty and smelly!

The room was very dirty and there was a sticky bug trap next to bed, full of bugs. The room smelled terrible and the linens were stained. The bathroom had cob/spider webs full of dead bugs and was definitely not cleaned. The pool was not filled, but looked like it might be in the process of being repaired.

Our stay was horrible I don’t go back to this place.

the location was conveniently close to Niagara Falls in a quiet location

everything! super uncomfortable, staff was rude and ignored us, very dirty, there was a hole in the wall and critters above us making noise all night!

Short distance to the falls. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

People shooting at people driving by. That was crazy. The pool not being cleaned and in working condition. That was a huge issue. We always book places with a pool to relax before going to bed.

The desks, fridge, microwave, and coffe/machine

The beds.. all had hole burns in the sheets and one of the beds was kinda broken. shower drain clogged a lot. The tv worked but no channels worked. I had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was so close to the wall.

Never again

The rooms are way too expensive. For the rooms bathroom shower was clogged and the sink too! The mattress where so uncomfortable you could feel the springs pillows where terrible. I won’t ever recommend this motel to anyone coming from out of state! If they fix the issues and get new mattresses and pillows I think the price will be good terrible!

I didn't like this place it's disgusting bed bugs and I'll never use your website again for anything I never made a mess and he took my deposit of 50 and another 50 bc I had 2 rooms .. never again stay here again.. 0 stars.. waist on the walls there in the bathroom..
