Breakfast was exceptional, hot, tasty, varied options.
I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean.
The staff supplied additional towels when we asked.
When we arrived, there was urine on the floor around the base of the toilet. Staff rectified the situation ASAP when asked.
The bed was too soft for my comfort, and so tall I had trouble getting in. My elderly mother wouldn't have been able to get in at all if I hadn't brought a step stool for her use.
The elevator malfunctioned while I was inside, causing me to be trapped for approximately 22 minutes. The staff responded quickly, calling maintenance personnel and then the fire department. Everyone was solicitous and concerned. The hotel did "comp" the room, but I was disappointed that nobody with management approached me about compensation, I had to broach the subject upon checkout.
