Location is okay, a bit far from downtown Indy. Breakfast was eatable, but not exceptional.

Easy access from the highway. Very cheap price.
The lobby initially put me off because it smelled of spicy food and the front desk attendant’s appearance was unkempt. The facility is in need of repair/updates particularly the bathroom. The breakfast offered was not appetizing and the coffee was cold. They were not able to provide me with a receipt upon check out and suggested I visit a website to get one.
