No response on request for a room on first floor.
Arrived and no first floor rooms were available on the first floor.
Sink faucets squeaked loud when turned. Bath tub faucet hard to redirect water flow to shower head

Breakfast was good, there was no water or anything else to drink out of coffee or tang. The room was big and the shampoo and body wash smelled great, The bathtub is old and had not the cap so the only way was to use it as a shower. there were plenty of parking spaces, we did not used the pool but it looked clean and in good size. it is near of the Church and several stores so we had a good time there. They do have an ice machine and that helped us to get some cold beverages in the room since there is not a fridge nor a microwave in the rooms. The front desk staff are very kind and they were ashamed the customers steal stuff (I requested for an Ice container to bring Ice to the room and they did not have anyone since they told the customers stole all of it). I liked the way they hear and attend the customer requests even if they cannot fulfill it.
Water in the dining area. an additional option to the Tang for the breakfast (like tea bags or a different flavor, mi kid did not liked it).
