It’s very uncomfortable and unclean, the man behind the counter was ok but you can tell he’s antisocial .I don’t recomme

The pool looked okay

Well the furniture was dirty , it had soda stains that was never cleaned and I found hair stuck to the wall in front of the toilet. I found a spot of blood on the green cover sheets and the smoke detector was pulled out of the wall and the door didn’t close properly which I had a very bad feeling about.. I didn’t even stay the night. It was just scary all around.

Este hotel está en muy malas condiciones y hay mucha suciedad.

La ubicación y qué está junto a taco Laredo.

Muy sucio, llegue y había botes de refrescos de los huéspedes anteriores, al día siguiente de la llegada intenté usar el microondas y adentro había comida olía muy feo, tuve que ir con la encargada a qué me prestará otro microondas de empleados, en el baño, una toalla tenía sangre, y ahí la pusieron como limpia, en la puerta no funcionaba el candado, la secadora de pelo no estaba, ni la base solo se veían los hoyos, no había klinex en su lugar donde está el lavabo, en la alberca sobre el agua había una nata blanca, sucia, una palapa de madera muy deteriorada, no había máquina de hielo, instalaciones muy dañadas, se observa mucha falta de mantenimiento, no hay desayuno, pague más de 60 USD pero creo que deberian cobrar como 15 o 20 por noche.

It sucked cause the room was extremely hot even at night, it never got cold… EVER

The location and has 24 hour service

Super hot when we got in, air conditioning was poor and felt like it never got below 76 degrees. MIND YOU THIS WAS AT NIGHT

Good

The room was great and so is the staff I loved how the pool was crystal clear and how maid service was extremely polite and timely. I also enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance to the Walmart and the convenience store. I would enjoy staying here again if needed

I didn't like how the internet only reach the rooms near the office but not the rooms at the end of the hallways. I also didn't like how the phone in the bedroom didn't work

Don’t stay. It’s not worth it.

That I had a roof over my head to sleep.

Everything. The room was disgusting and super dirty. The sheets had obvious stains. The door second lock was broken. The restroom had broken and missing fixtures. You could see through the ceiling. The light fixtures by the bed were broken.

Handicap accesible.

Restroom shower was broken. Sprayed everywhere. Towels were hard. Cigarette burns on the bed. Frig did not work. Smelled mildewish. Pillows were awful.

stains on the sheets and cigarette burn marks, water stains on ceiling, broken table, 3” holes on Walls, ac did not work, shady people in front of hotel.stripes gas station. no breakfast. they would not give me a receipt. watch out for double charges.!!

I thought I was going to get robbed.

I felt physically unsafe at the property. I came home and two strangers were loitering outside of my room and didn’t appear to be Hoyle guests. The front desk was also really sketchy and I was inaccessible to guests.

It was a nightmare of a hotel.

All who stayed in room with me, we were 4, got COVID,so I wander if the rooms are disinfected after each stay. We went to a reunion at open air and nobody got sick but us 4. So please desinfect the rooms well.

Location was good off expressway.

AC in bed room was not working well. Also the room had not been used since it got cold in rgv. Heaters was turned took over hour to cool everything and bedroom stayed hot.
