Set up

As I per stated , Covid is the blame for everything. " The World's Smallest Soap." 2 pieces, enough to was your hand and face only if your careful. Outlet at coffee pot area not working, comode constantly running with lid move part of the way off. Asking for soap early after eating breakfast that morning at check out desk, we called a second time at 6pm or later for soap. We just went out and purchased soap ourselves. Cold breakfast, especially the grits.

Exceptional

Omg the property was beyond amazing!!! Love the space , felt like home , welcoming, we loved everything about it , clean , everything included for us to cook and walk out to the beach whenever we wanted too , the view was everything !! Parking included I mean hands down my boyfriend and I loved it .

The one thing I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t stay up listening to music or hang out in the balcony after 10pm that kind of threw us off :-( We had to be very quite I guess for the other guests that were next door.? Not sure but yeah… not my type of vacation thing.. because we love staying up and chatting it up in the balcony with some music and relaxing … but we managed to make it work somehow …

The place was perfect for what we needed. Beach towels would have been nice.

The condo itself was great, very comfortable and fantastic views and beach access. It’s small so not crowded on the beach where the condo is.

Getting the keys was a hassle, as it’s up the street and I didn’t get info on where to get them until a kid in the pool told me. It took at least a half hour to get the keys. Say NO NO NO to the “complimentary breakfast”- it’s about the “no hard sell” timeshare - when I said I wasn’t interested in a timeshare the lady told me it was really a breakfast (cold egg burrito and coffee w powdered creamer) to tell capital about what we thought of the property in terms of maintenance plus a sales pitch, and I was promised if I wanted to leave after 90 minutes I could and get the gift card. Once there I was told there I had to go 2 hours and the half hour start time didn’t count bc the presentation didn’t start til later. So my 9-10:30 promise of no hard sell turned into 9-12, about 30 minutes of which was spent with 3 different people trying to get me to commit even after I very clearly said no at least 7 times. My stay was great but tainted by the bully tactics to get you to go to the sales pitch- she wouldn’t give me the keys until I finally agreed to go to the thing bc it was taking so long to check in. Bad business practice. The program looks great but the hard sell made me suspicious and the reviews online of the program did not change my mind.

I like the coziness and that it was a small hotel.

The toilet kept running. The TV was not user friendly.

Very nice place to stay and I definitely will book here again next beach trip..

Nice condo feel very family oriented nice location nice views to the beach not too crowded as in the property and the beach where its located and still close to alot of places to shop, food, etc

The elevator feels like it would get stuck ( didn't get stuck ) it works just needs a little maintenance

Excellent Location

I absolutely love the privacy of the property is! It was not crowded at all and it’s only twelve units! It’s right on the beach and great ocean view! It was the perfect size for my family of four! I will most definitely book again! We had plenty of towels and bath cloths!

Nice for the price

The view of the ocean.

Apartment is outdated, updating to a keyless entry (inputting a pin number),the kitchen, & bathrooms would be nice. Toilet in Master bedroom kept running. I didn't like having to keep up with 2 actual keys and the threat of $150 if they were misplaced.
