mold spore ridden hotel, I still haven’t recovered.

the staff was kind and tried to help us.

The room had a musty Oder and the air conditioner I believe was contributing to the musty/mold spores being put into the air. I was very sick and also my son.

Good stay, could have been Great though!

It was very close to the activities we had planned for our trip. The 2 staff members I spoke with were very polite and helpful.

There was a strange smell in our room, the hallway smelled too. The pool looked dirty and there was no pool chairs or umbrella, nothing. Oh wait yes there were a couple wooden chairs that were peeling so they were useless. Also I’m guessing the staff there were growing garlic because there were trays of them by the pool and all you could smell out there was that garlic!

Fairly clean room with nasty odor

The room was fairly clean

There was a terrible musty, moldy type odor in the room, it was very hard to get any sleep because of this. We probably would have left if we wouldn't have been charged for the room.

Elevator and luggage cart, room clean but had...

Roaches and dirty sheets covered in pet and human hair.. 5 day stay had to rescan my room key everyday after work

Disappointing

Room was ready on time, adequately clean.

No breakfast, pool was closed, pillows are tiny, shampoo in bags. Don’t advertise free continental breakfast when it’s not available.

glad I was only staying one night.

close to Lookout Mountain

smelled musty stains on carpets hair dryer didn’t work. staff was not real personable. bared said anything upon our arrival and departure.

Still a good hotel for the price

Staff was great and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

For the most part the stay was great, but sometimes I could smell someone smoking a cigarette.

Passable

Great location, attentive staff (in person), no glaring issues cleanliness wise. Run of the mill budget hotel. I had a king room and there was lots of floor space. The bed is pushed to one side instead of in the middle so I had plenty of room for our pack'n'play.

No breakfast. I tried to call the front desk because one of my lightbulbs was out. No answer despite multiple calls. I caught him on my way out and told him and he fixed it right away. Several instances where we ran into a heavy pot smell throughout our stay. Very cheap pillows, bring your own.

1 Looked abandoned when we got there at 8pm when we went to bed l woke up an hour later with bed bug's all over me we packed our stuff and left at 12am to find a better place to stay. Never stay there!!!!!!!!

We stayed 4 nights and would probably not stay again…

The property was close to the ball fields we were in the area to play at!

The interior had a funky smell and wasn’t the most cleanly. The room was clean just remodeled poorly.

Good

There was no breakfast, but can understand. Thanks covid.The signs they have on the main windows. when you go to check in for a little sketchy but nothing was stolen.It good smell better throughout , but for a 1night stay. just for a few hours isn't bad. We would suggest bring your own pillows. For what we paid it was nice and had hot water.

Good

The receptionist was very polite and check in process was fast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel as a last resort and I have no true complaints. We needed extra wash cloths and getting them from the front desk was easy.

The smell of the room wasn't pleasant, but bearable. I lit my candle and didn't worry about it for the rest of the night.

That there was no breakfast and breakfast was included in the price which is one of the main reasons I booked it. I did not see anything on the website that told me that there would not be.

Dirty Flea Infested Disgusting Mess

Absolutely nothing.

At first glimpse, the actual inside of the room looked ok. But then we looked deeper. Rooms were dirty. Homeless people living in parking lot and hanging out in a tent in the parking lot. Garbage under the bed in our room. No breakfast as promised on website. Dog barking next door until 11pm and hotel didn’t have any contact number for the people staying in that room. Overcharged for my booking. And our room was infested with fleas. Disgusting.

Not worth the money, and not clean

The agent at check in was amazing and super helpful when I asked for a differnt room at check in due to location to the door where smokers would go outside.

Having a cockroach crawling up our wall at 1030pm was not impressive. There was food on the floor behind the tv stand to the reson for the infestation. Told front desk in the morning and was told the manager would call me. That hasnt happened yet. Would not recommend!
