The check in was the normal routine with ID, credit card, car make, license plate number etc. Room was on the second floor of a well kept looking building across from the office. The room itself was clean, the mattress's were nice, towels were clean and plentiful. Had a mini fridge/freeze and microwave that worked well.
We ended up with the room closest to the street (which is the main street in town) so there was traffic noise during the day. It died off at night to almost nothing. The A/C was fairly loud when it was on, but we're both heavy sleepers so it didn't really bother us. Light sleepers may have had an issue. Furniture was a little beat up, but you get what you pay for generally.

Close to a lot of stores easy to walk to everything you need. Owner was nice and helpful.

I left early in the morning so I didn't have breakfast there.
The shower didn't have water pressure. The air conditioner didn't work and I was upstairs so I had the window open just to cool down. The TV only has 3 working channels so that was disappointing. Was kept up all night due to the police doing their job in the parking lot all hours and arguing with other hotel guests.
