Great room , comfortable
Had to ask for a change of sheets because there was an odor on them when I went to bed. They were changed, and they smelled fresh after that.

Breakfast was pretty good and the towels were thick. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Lots of outlets for chargers, etc. Front desk person was very helpful. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Gave free box of detergent for washer.
The room was very cramped. There was only about a foot or so of space between the foot of the bed and the counter/dresser that contained the microwave and fridge. Couldn't even open them all the way! Baseboard heater didn't work, AC controls didn't function properly. Smallish bathroom. Washer and dryer barely functioned. Definitely overpriced for what we got. (That doesn't count the road construction issues in front of the facility, which wasn't their fault.)
