Good value, close to the airport.

Close to the airport for an early am flight; clean room.

bathroom large door made it a bit crowded in navigating the bathroom space. Heard planes taking off/landing and should have worn ear plugs and would have been fine.

I would return.

Breakfast is great!

I stayed on the top floor and the water in the shower didn't get hot. In the morning the maids were talking and laughing loudly in the hallway, which woke me up.

Stay somewhere else in SLC. Dirty pillow cases.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and pleasant to speak with. He had been working a double and still kept a smile on his face. We skipped the Sysco breakfast and ate dinner at a Black Bear diner! We recommend that instead!

The sheets on the bed had a black marking. I noticed it on one pillow and removed it and went to bed. I've worked at the front desk and housekeeping at many hotels and understand how there can be mistakes. I went to sleep thinking the mark was gone. When I woke up in the morning, there was another mark on the pillow and now, on my pajamas. My partner thought it was mascara but who knows? I was a little upset that this was a best western plus and the facilities looked so outdated. I don't understand how this hotel passed to be labeled a Best Western Plus facility. This hotel at some point used to be a standard Best Western as the plastic laundry bag in my room still had the old blue Best Western logo instead of the new purple/red logo. Stay somewhere else in SLC.

Good stay for a short trip.

Great location, close to airport. Good breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport. Free on site parking.

Exceeded my expectations! Very clean and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room & the entire facility. The staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was fine with plenty of options.

Overpriced and underwhelming, esp for a Best Western Plus.

Location, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport timely.

TV, wifi, and clock did not work. Furniture was old and worn. Room smelled like smoke or something. Key card did not work and had to go to front desk once to reset it, then call a 2nd time. Overpriced

Relatively good price, near airport, they do offer shuttle

Shower sometimes need quite a long time to have even warm water, the front desk is not acting positively to this, room space is quite limited

Exceptional

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, good mini gym, pool and hot tub, amazing breakfast and close to the airport. The were a problem with the shuttle bus collecting us but the man at the desk very early in the morning sorted us out straight away and gave us a to go bag with snacks.

Second stay but maybe last

I had stayed there a couple of weeks prior, and I chose to stay there again because of my first great experience. Great location near the freeway, spacious and clean rooms, easy late check in.

I had loved the breakfast during my first stay, but this time a few items were out and they didn’t want to replace them, so it felt like a so-so breakfast experience. I am also a tea drinker, and the hot water tasting like coffee because they used a pot that had obviously had coffee in before was terrible, I had to throw away my tea. This kind of detail (cleaning well the pot so the water doesn’t taste like coffee) is important to me, and they missed the mark this time around.

Air conditioner didn't stay consistent during the night. Could hear the people walking and jumping in the room above ours.
