It was fairly close to everything. The hotel was a little older but a great deal. Loved Gatlinburg!!! Will recommend!
The water pressure was low & parking was very tight.

It was within walking distance to the convention center.
The exterior was dirty. Lots of trash, dirt and debris on sidewalks and the elevator and walkways.
