I enjoyed the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay again.

Great location next to Smu, cute decor, would be great when warm to use pool.

The location was good, but difficult to get directly to. The design of the hotel was very calming.
The signage and directions in the halls is VERY poor. I lost count how many times I couldn’t find our room. The staff is very young and poorly trained. Basic things at check in, like remembering to give me a card key or where to find the elevators seemed to elude them. When requesting to speak to a higher up, the blank stare response was all the answer received.
