I have stayed at the Amber Inn on several occasions when in LeMars. In fact, it's my motel of choice. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed with a flat-screen TV and an abundance of channels. Being able to park right outside my room was both convenient and secure. The hot breakfast is very good, with lots of choices and great quality.

A real hot breakfast with more than cereal and toast. Some of the more expensive options in town, including a boutique B&B downtown, don't compare in that area.
Getting connected to wifi was glitchy and a daily challenge I had to repeat. It required help from their personnel on three occasions. They were accommodating.
