The perfect place to stay near Zion

Loved the room, especially the great view from the balcony. Every single person in this hotel and in Springdale is just so nice. Felt very welcome. Great to relax in the pool and hot tub after a long day in Zion NP. The delicious and generous breakfast gives you energy for the whole day. The whole town has such a relaxed atmosphere, would have loved to stay longer just to relax. The proximity to Zion and the bus stop right in front of the hotel are a big plus.

Highly recommend the Bumbleberry!!

The location was great for access to Zion and any stores and restaurants in Springdale. Our room was clean and the staff was excellent! The vouchers for breakfast at Porters was an added bonus - the breakfast options were great!

The front desk and hot tub closed early - 9pm

Incredible stay.

Perfect location in Zion for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and great. The rooms were super cute and the sites and shops around were very cute. This was a great value stay.

Bumbleberry should update winter amenities to include spa & give # breakfast vouchers for #days stay

Quiet location in close proximity to Springdale restaurants & attractions.

After calling, we weren’t informed that the lobby was under reconstruction. Business services to guests were not available (eg: printer & fax) something that became necessary & for which we had to search. The Holiday Inn Express down the street was very accommodating, for which I was very grateful. Temporary location of office inconvenient access and we got wet to constant rain. Voucher system for guests inconvenient because we stayed 2 nights & they only distribute 1x/day. Had to go back to get 2nd voucher each day…..inconvenient in rain. Voucher was NOT to Oscar’s (restaurant) but to tenant restaurant in hotel, with prefix, limited menu with very limited seating capacity. Get your breakfast EARLLY, otherwise stand in line & wait for available table. Misleading. Oscar’s is across the street & ladies, they will not seat you until your entire party is present. This is a VERY rude policy & we did not eat there. You always have a consumer’s power of wether or not to give them your business. This antiquated seating policy lost them my business. Imagine standing there having others who arrived after you did seated before you! Also had a heated spa available, a very nice winter time amenity, of which we were not informed before arriving. There are no swimsuits sold in Springdale’s shops in winter time! Bumbleberry should be called “Fumbleberry’s” for this one. Update your online listing of the Inn’s amenities. A heated spa would have been a VERY big relief to my aching joints after the 4-hour drive. I would say this inn’s cost were not a particularly good value on this trip.

It's fine for a night or two

Having breakfast over at Porters is really nice and the food is great (we paid for a room that included breakfast and it's a good value).

This was our second stay at Bumbleberry and both visits, we were disturbed by housekeeping. We weren't provided with a "do not disturb" tag for the door so there was no way to communicate that we were still in the room or didn't want housekeeping. The maid staff has walked in or attempted to walk into our room both visits (only the king room had a latch to prevent anyone from opening the door with the master key). The king room we stayed in most recently desperately needed a sound machine or some sort of fan to block out the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms (the room we stayed in our first visit had a sound machine and it was very appreciated). Lastly, the sheets really don't feel very soft, in our opinion.

this is the best hotel if you want to visit Zion National Park!!

the only thing I can think of is that the beds weren’t made because of COVID restrictions

I am 76 years old, the same as my friends, so we weren’t happy to be on the 2nd floor with no elevator. carting our stuff up the stairs was difficult.

Squeeky floors, paper thin walls, cars parked right at your window, overpriced compared to what it is (a standard motel), coffee maker placed in the bathroom (unhygenic)

Friendly and welcoming

Fantastic location. The shuttle bus to the park stop is at the end of the driveway. Extremely Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool excellant added extra after a day's hiking. The rooms are clean and a good size.
