Swimming pool wasn't in working condition

The property was lovely considering all the snow and ice. My room was excellent. The bathroom was a little small but that shower head was amazing for a person that was in pain. The king size bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby.
The only thing I didn't like was the stairs. I have bad knees and having to walk up and down the stairs we're kind of hard. Oh and the only ice machine is on the first floor. They're should be one on each floor.

I liked the area it was in.
I didn’t like the front desk staff that did not help our group with appropriate customer service. Her attitude was nasty. When asking her a question she would answer in a snappy tone.
