Location, price, and cleanliness
Check-in Desk staff was talking on his cell phone the entire time he was checking us in. Not engaging at all.

They offer free breakfast, and the rooms are worth the price.
The bed felt like sleeping on the floor, and the lights in the room could have been a little better.

Location is what it is. There’s a good amount of homeless population in the area. The staff was excellent about keeping them off the property. The 2nd shift staff, can’t remember the gentleman’s name, as well as 3rd shift staff Markina were excellent!
Nothing much can be done about the homeless population in the area, but the staff made sure none entered the property.
