The stay was fine, Convient. The bed was horrible The lady at breakfast was super nice.

Goodset up, it was the bare selection.

The bed was uncomfortable. It made noises if you moved in the bed and it felt as there was a bar in your back no matter where you laid.

Amazing the front seat lady’s were super nice and helpful.

the location was incredible! super close to literally everything. parking was one of my favorite things about this place easy to get in and out.

the smell of hotel that all hotels have, i always bring a candle that’s just my personal preference.

Huge disappointment

Breakfast was mediocre compared with other hotel chains. Too carb heavy

Room service was after 5 p. The tvs were a nightmare The advertised gym was non existent Not all ice machines were in place Very poor value for the $200+/night

Price should match the quality...

The young man working the night shift at the desk was very polite and made check in easy.

I attempted to call the hotel numerous times to inform them of our late arrival and no one ever answered the phone..finally had to call Booking.com so they could email staff on duty...When we arrived to the room it was in poor condition for the price charged...the paint was badly peeling on the bathroom doors, there was no linen available in the room for pull out bed, and the bath tub had visible dirt in it and appeared to have not been cleaned...It was my first and last time booking with this location...The price charged for this room definitely didn't match the quailty...

I like the hot tub in the room.

The ceiling was leaking in the breakfast area alot of water. Might need to fix that before the worst happens. But that didn't affect my stay.

The front desk said we had to pay for the breakfasts. Not. Went to a real restaurant.

2 night stay and couldn’t wait to check out

when we came out of the elevator there was an awful smell . The room was just as bad. We had our room changed, the Room was better but the hall still had that smell .
