The breakfast was limited for cereal choices and there were many bread products, but no muffins, and no fruit choices but apples. Individual milk cartons are much preferred to large pouring containers.
The room furniture inside the drawers was damaged and should be replaced.
More pillows in the rooms. I was upset with how booking .ocm withdrew my balance due 2 days before arrival and that the lodging did not do there own payments.

Very quiet. Close to Silver Falls State Park. Several places to eat nearby. Front desk clerk was friendly efficient.
Needs updating. It must be difficult to hire and retain housekeepers. Public areas of hotel needed a good cleaning. Room cleanliness met the minimum standards.

Very nice Food was ok
The back door to get into hotel was not secure. It was left open for anyone off the street could come in. I closed it several times. I want to feel safe in a hotel and I did not feel safe.
The bathroom in 105 has mildew in it growing around the corners should be cleaned up immediately before it spreads.
Desk in lobby was not attended to at all times. At least leave a phone number if we have concerns or questions.
