The front desk was kind, I had a neighbor for the entire stay but never heard them, the room was clean and the shower/toilet/sink worked well
The neighbors had a giant farm truck, and it was parked diagonally in the corner of the property where both our rooms were located. It made it hard to get to the room with luggage.

Quiet, simple, easy access from road and easy access from parking lot to room. If you are looking for a clean, simple place to sleep, this is it.

No breakfast was offered
No breakfsat. Minimal water pressure in the shower. Volume couldn't be raised on the TV so that I could hear it over the air conditioner noise.
