Managment was accommodating when the door lock was broken and door would not lock, so they moved us to another room that was much better than the first one we were in.
Door lock was broken; room was clean but not great. First room we were in, room was super humid, A/C worked well but with the humidity issue, everything felt damp. Bed was comfortable enough, but not great.
