For what was offered would stay at a cheaper place.

The breakfast was fine. Surprised it was no restaurant for other meals at this price.

I didn't like your cancellation policy. Weather look good before our trip but at the last minute turn terrible and was past the cancellation date. Never have dealt with such an early cancellation date. However I did know about it ahead of time. Was a handicap room but not really handicapped. Can get into details if you wish. TV service was terrible. Antenna only no cable. No fan in the bathroom. No extra amenities like cookies or snacks. One good thing was the shuttle service but we were so tired from traveling or we just drove across the street for the restaurant. Room heater was extremely noisy.

Comfortable, and met expectations

We have stayed at the Hampton multiple times and it is always the same. That gives us much comfort. The beds in the room are also very comfortable. We love a King size bed.

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal in their courtesy and kindness to their guests.

Room was pleasant and very well maintained. The staff at this hotel are the best in the industry. A special nod to the ladies who run the complimentary breakfast area. It was clean and well stocked. The hot food was hot and the cold food was at the correct temperature. The tables and chairs were cleaned after each guest.

There was no fan in the shower which is not good when you have four people in one room. The pool was disgusting when I stayed there at the very end of the Covid crisis. I was told it had something to do with Covid. However, the pool water was the same disgusting color during this stay. Pool water should be mostly clear. Not cloudy calling to mind "people soup". Yuck!

A welcome oasis during a challenging time.

Breakfasts were excellent. The people at reception and the other workers on scene were very friendly and helpful.

the toilet in Room 413 where I stayed tends to refill from time to time and probably needs a better seal

The staff were the BEST. We especially loved the 2 Alyssa's but everyone was fantastic. They were more than just staff at a hotel; they were hospitality professionals. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world and can say that the staff at The Hampton Inn Seneca Falls were the best ever

Friendly staff. The shuttle driver was so very nice especially. Clean facility/room.

The heater, was loud. Upon arrival around 6pm, the people in room 409 were playing music very very loud. Which we didn't complain, we were just getting ready to head out to the concert at the casino and wasn't bothering us. Figured they were doing the same. When they arrived back around midnight, it sounded like there were at least 10 elephants coming down the hall, knocking everything over. They then blasted the music which had a high bass/vibration. Talking/yelling was loud. Sounds like they were knocking things over. Maybe thin walls? I figured the front desk was already getting calls from other guests because they would occasionally quiet down for a couple minutes and at one point sounded like someone was at there door and I heard a very loud sorry, we didn't realize we were being so loud. So that continued another hours until shortly after 1am I called the front desk and asked if they could quiet them and was told they would call the room and make the request. So maybe around 2am I fell asleep. My main concern, is there no security on premise? I'd really be surprised if all floors especially below them weren't effected.

Great place for a perfect get away

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Great location to the things we wanted to do. It was perfect.

Will not stay there again. It's about 1/2 mile from a landfill and the smell was very strong.

Food was good and egg dishes changed daily

The rooms could use a make over. Nothing can be done about the location. Going to and from the car was unpleasant because of the smell in the air.

disappointing hotel stay, rest of the trip was fantastic

location

1) initial day staff was not accommodating, asked if we can do early check in they said no (understandable), asked if we could have them hold our bags they said no, asked to have room cleaned was good an attitude and was told maybe if they had staff 2) a/c didn’t work in the first room that we were given 3) only had handicap room available
