I like the safety. The area is not the best but the staff here are attentive to your needs and screen people coming and going and you will need to be buzzed in after hours. There are security cameras on the property that watched constantly it’s clean and controlled hot water smells clean too! Over all decent place
Although there are only a few stairs (I don’t like stairs)

They do not provide a mini fridge, there is no microwave. TV is from the 1900s with maybe 3 to 4 channels to pick from
