The location was great.
The room was clean.
Parking was free.
Staff was very friendly
TV cable totally sucked!!!! No variety and what was on the guide for the TV did not match what was on that channel. The bed was not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Quiet area close to downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
Lots of flying insects outside the room. It is in a wooded area though so don’t know that they could do much about that.

I enjoyed the accessibility to the city of Helen nearby, as well as the strong water pressure, large fridge, microwave, and storage space. The different option of indoor lighting was also nice, and allowed for us to leave the lights low when we didn't want to open a window for those in the parking lot to see us.
I did not enjoy how the bed felt mildly damp, which caused my clothes to feel so after a nights sleep as well. I'm unsure if the freon within the AC unit is bad, but it was slightly uncomfortable. There was also a visible crack within the ceiling, and a few of the outlets didn't allow a charger to plug in. It was also a shame we only had one window which looked directly into the parking lot. While not under the staffs control, there was a family that stayed next to us who was incredibly loud during quiet hours, and continuously camped out and tailgated directly in front of their room with a large cooler and lawn chairs. The walls were thin, so we heard everything they said and did, including their TV they left on multiple times.
