The breakfast was good. I liked the location.
The floor in one of the rooms was sticky. Needed a variety of fruit for breakfast.

The location was great. The breakfast was great. People were friendly! I just know it won't be long before you're needing to upgrade because our room was musty smelling and damp during this time. It was very warm and humid outside, So I'm sure that was part of the problem! The carpets are getting worn, I think if you update and upgrade you will be in great shape! Thank you so much

The hotel was in close proximity to the Creation Museum which was good for us.
The hotel was nice but I have asthma from my allergies which include dogs, cats and molds. I requested a room that had no pets and was assured that I received one. However, the room smelled like a wet dog. I am sure it was from the carpet because otherwise the room was perfectly clean. My asthma kicked in so it was hard to breath. I realize that you want to accommodate people with pets but there are a lot of people who are allergic to pets as well. I ended up with an upper respiratory infection so I will not be able to patronize the Comfort Inn any more in my travels. But in yourr defense you are just one of many hotels who cater to those with pets.
