Friendly staff that was very helpful. Close to restaurants in Harvey and Chocolay Township. Quiet atmosphere.
Lack of computer and printer for customer use. I don't like eggs mixed with Velveeta which is not real cheese. Limited selection of cereal. Need to add a fruit bowl with bananas. Need to ad a waffle machine. No maid service for garbage pickup, vacuuming, and making beds. Old faucets need to be replaced in bathroom and outside of bathroom.

Great view and close to town

The breakfast omelet and French toast were good. The menu could have used some meat. The view of Lake Superior was excellent and access to the Iron Trail was excellent. I liked the isolation of the property and the surrounding woods. Beds are comfortable.
The hotel interior was dated and run down. The people above us made very loud noises with their feet. The parking lot was sand covered and a lot of sand was tracked into the facility from traffic.

The lake across the road
I paid for a Lakeview room and the room I got a tree blocked the entire “lake view”. I got the view of the hill and trees but no lake view.
Our fridge was broken and froze all our drinks. USBs did not work. Toilet flushed itself every 20 mins
