The location was convenient. Nearby within walking distance, the restaurant at the Yellowstone River Inn had great service & their pie was good.
Long wait at check-in. Multiple guests with issues as well as new guests arriving. The front desk person was so overwhelmed because her computer was slow and she had to do everything (check-ins, maintenance questions & repair runs, take, heat & serve to go pizza orders, fix broken keycards, etc..). The first room I was given had not yet been cleaned/turned over, so I had to be assigned a new room. Myself & other guests had key cards that demagnetized. Another guest had issues with TV cable not working. The hotel is whoefully understaffed & in need of a renovation & replacement of electronic door locks. Give that front desk lady a raise & hire some more staff!!!
