The location was good once i figured out how the driveway worked. The breakfast room was a delight. The food there was surprisingly good. The place was bright and sunny and I liked the lounge area in the lobby. The beds and pillows were really comfy. The staff were very accommodating and great to work with.
The biggest thing was the HVAC unit. It literally sounded and felt like a freight train was rumbling by in our room. No exaggeration. I think this is endemic to the type or installation of the units themselves because another room we were in at the same location and trip was the same. They may be just old and beat up. The room was cramped to move around in with the two beds. We had to change rooms because we found out the shower was broken in the first room and they didn't have any more one-bedders. Im hoping they dont charge me for the two-bed room because the choice of that room was not voluntary. The staff was decent about it once I had convinced them the shower was really broken.

the staff was super friendly. the bed was extremely comfortable. the breakfast was really good. Great location in Clinton for restaurants and downtown businesses. Wifi was very strong and fast which surprised me for eastern NC.

Breakfast was fine. A nice variety of fresh, tasty foods.
The room was very pricey. I've stayed at better hotels for a much cheaper price.
