The staff was all wonderful and it was clean
Small pillows on bed and no shampoo in our shower and the body soap was a small bar that dried out skin

Staff were friendly, place was clean. The room was comfortable! The hotel is in a great location, in walking distance to a lot of good spots! We found a fantastic seafood place across the street! The breakfast was filling and staff were very efficient and quick to refill when things ran low. They even had laundry available for guests to use!
The elevator opened and closed a few times before it actually got moving. Not horrible, more a minor annoyance.

Main suite area looked recently up date
Elevator not working and it was not noted on site before booking Bathroom tile grout was heavily stained Staff person who checked us in did not switch WiFi so we only had access 1 of the days we stayed
