Price, convenience of getting to room, free parking
Breakfast was less than satisfactory, no meat item or eggs.

Decent room just wish the nightstands had an outlet to plug into. Both stands have built in outlets/charging ports. But only one side of the room has electrical outlets.
The breakfast at 815 was a couple piece of toast or Cheerios or there was one banana.

There was no breakfast at this location but the coffee provided in the lobby in the morning was excellent.
The front of the building had some chairs outside which was nice but it would have been nicer if there were some plants or flowers there.

Value, location, comfort, ease of checking in, friendly staff
Continental breakfast was less than standard,, no eggs or sausage. Coffee was very generic, not tasty at alll
