Excellent location - great waffles - superb service at the front desk from Josh.

Waffles were delicious, but the real star of the show was Josh at the front desk. He was such a pleasure to deal with! Nothing was too much to ask. I really felt like a guest in his home, and that’s how I watched him interact with everybody. He was kind, and very patient. The old folks might have well have been his own parents, and the teenagers (there was a cheerleading convention happening) his own kids. Very professional and efficient, and a really lovely asset to your company. Keep him!!

It was awkward having the bathroom sink outside the bathroom, but not much you can do about that.

It was my worst experience with a hotel. And with booking.

Nothing. I could not stay, since they did not have arpón ready for me when I arrived. There was only one room and it was dirty and undone. Nobody cleaned it, and there was nobody to clean it. They said I’m sorry you have to find another hotel. It was later in the night. And I am still struggling to get my refund from the Hotel and from booking.

Overnight stay

Breakfast was fine for a Comfort Inn. They reduced our bill by $30.00 as the TV would not connect to the remote. We only had one channel.

Pleased with my airport hotel selection.

Excellent shuttle service - scheduled for 5am, and ready for departure to the airport at that time.

Lobby and elevator could use a deep clean; however room very clean.

Economical Stay in Albuquerque

Fine

I was there for a Dr visit and had to fast so I did not partake in breakfast this stay. We stay often. For me it's OK. Don't like sausage. My husband normally enjoys it.

My husband said the eggs had a crunch to them like egg shells. Same with sausage. Sausage changed to links aside from crunchy very over cooked. Due to diet restrictions he could not select other items and therefore we without.

The property is in desperate need of remodeling and updating.

We thought the price was reasonable.

The electricity went out just after we got to our room and was out 30-45 minutes.We later found out that the entire building had lost power. The tv went out as well.and was never restored during our stay. The air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. Curtains had holes in them. The breakfast was not well stocked. Mirror frame above sink was badly chipped. The shower head was not working properly. (room 302)

Proceed with caution.

The beds were very comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Our room was not in good condition. loose tile in front of the bathroom door. No coffeemaker in the room. The pictures were missing from the walls. Bath faucet was not secure to the sink. Also I would advise that if you get a room on the 3rd floor that faces the pool, you may want to move because of the noise and bright lights. There were no blackout curtains and you will wake when the sun comes up. finally, the breakfast was not adequately staffed and front desk kept having to make coffee and replenish food. Oh, and check the breads for mold.

Comforter on bed was very stained with yellow something (guessing pee) and blood stains. Front desk pretended to be considered but did nothing! Said she would leave message for manager to call me and three days later nothing!

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Had people above us that were so so noisy. Booking showed our king room with a balcony overlooking. The pool well we did not see any balcony. Heard the couple next to us that were talking so loud we could heard the conversation.

I got a new hotel because it was THAT bad.

literally nothing. had to get a different hotel. staff was rude and terrible!

everything. it was gross and not safe feeling. the staff was sooooo rude!!

This hotel is ok if you're just looking for a place to sleep

The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was dated and the carpet looked dirty. The pool area looked creepy- very dark water and the pool room was not well lit. Garbage in the parking lot.

it was filthy the bed sheets were dirty from whoever stayed there before the bath tub was dirty as well. they never came to clean our room or offer more towels or anything.

The staff was excellent and delivers genuine hospitality!

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to choose from.

That I had to leave and come home. It would have been nice to have another day or two to just relax.

Disappointing and expensive

The location. the bed is comfortable

The drapes we’re broken and unsightly. The bathroom fan rattled loudly; then later fixed itself. The rubber bath mat was Dirty and staff would not or could not get a cleaner one. (As a diabetic, this was a big deal to me, so I put a towel over it). The last 2 times we stayed here the TV has had to be reset/worked on by the front desk staff. We stay here from 2-4 times a year. Unfortunately this time was not at all worth the $163 we paid. We will seek other accommodations in the future.
