The hot breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausages in addition to muffins, bagels, fruit and cold cereals.

The rooms were clean the bed was really comfortable and the ac was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing
The cable TV was horrible and I didn't like there was no silverware in the breakfast hall so it was hard to cut the food

Breakfast was ok but the dining area is way too small for a full hotel. The egg/sausage server had a lid that slammed onto the counter every time someone opened it. With PTSD I could not stay there to eat. Just tighten the sides so it doesn't open so quickly.
The checkin person with purple hair was very rude. We tried to check in and she didn't have a reservation for us. When I went to the car and got the paperwork, well....... there is a reservation. Then we couldn't check in yet. Room not ready. No problem. I'll have a cup of tea. NO hot water. When I asked, purple hair lady again had a smart remark to which I told her..... the pot is empty. 30 minutes later, the pot was still empty. Then there was a couple arguing all night long. So we didn't get much sleep either.
