Be warned! Rooms are not for four people

It was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good

Ridiculous to market the room as being for 4 people. Pull out couch was joke and way too small for two people. Thin, horrendous, spring mattress. Staff was helpful in giving us extra comforters to help. Luckily my husband gallantly offered to sleep there and three of us slept together on king bed which thankfully was quite large. Fortunately this trip was with my immediate family. Otherwise we would have been in trouble.

Thanks, but no thanks.

The exterior is very appealing and the parking is sufficient. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. I liked the kitchenette area and the room layout.

The room seemed worn out and the floors were dirty, the mattress should be replaced and a curtain was missing. The wallpaper in the hallway was poorly patched making it look seedy. The road traffic was noisy but that's nothing the hotel is responsible for.

Excellent Place to Stay!

The curb appeal was lovely, the location was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. The parking lot, hotel and suite was very neat and clean and presented a friendly atmosphere. I truly recommend and will visit again in the future!

There was, and is, nothing negative to say at all. It was a great experience!

It shows checkout 12 but when trying to pack up at 930 They came to our room twice to clean and we’re waiting for us to leave outside the room!

I liked that the staff was friendly and was attentive to my issues.

This property was not clean at all. the room we stayed in had garbage and used bottles from the previous guests. the tub had a brown ring in it and there were crumbs in the made up bed. This facility also allows pets, which is not my issue, however I did have an issue with one of the guests allowing his dog to pee in the elevator but did not clean it up.

God for one night stay

Bed was comfortable, the little kitchen was good, had everything we needed to use for cooking. It was convenient for one night stay

The pool was closed due to maintenance till further notice, I came here last year and was closed for maintenance till further notice. The couch had white stains on it so I didn't sit on it. The shower kept running when I put the faucet on for a bath, two drawers wouldn't stay shut by the bathroom sink

Would stay again

The layout of the room, the location and the staff were very helpful and nice.

The curtains in the living area in our room were broke so had to throw pillows against the window to hold the curtains closed for privacy. And took a while for the heat to warm up the room.

Good Experience in sum

The location. Full equipped room. Friendly service. Comfortable lounge. Coffee in the lobby. 12 pm check-out. Rooms cleaned well.

Breakfast could be better for the price of the room. Couches in the lounge and sofas in rooms are old and dirty and should be cleaned or replaced.

Superb

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean, perfect sized pool.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. The cold choices were ok, The hot choices leaved a little to be desired. The waffle makers were good, but the egg was inedible and there was only a sausage choice, could have used bacon as a choice.

Good hotel on the middle of the Poconos

the room was clean and fresh. Loved the laundry facilities and the heated pool was also nice.

No hot refreshments after breakfast ends. only two luggage carts for the whole hotel.
