The location was great. Right at the start of the Gettysburg main street. There was a restaurant that was great for breakfast 100 yards away.

The room AC was underpowered a bit. This was an end of summer visit for us and the temps were still in the 80s. But because it cooled at night, in the end the temps did not bother us sleeping.

Unique hotel, a renovated school from the 1800”s. M. Staff was helpful bringing luggage to the room. Historical memorabilia was interesting. Coffe was available 24/7. The Pub/Resturant was a delight module place to relax and have a meal. Easy walk to historic center of town. Spacious room.

There was no elevator in the building.
