stay was okay

I did not have breakfast, however the location was great, but the hotel needs a paint job to uplift the facility and the elevator and hallway need to be properly clean and painted. toilet paper roller needs to be changed , its heavily rusted.

Quick one night stay while on the road.

Quick easy in and easy out location. It suited our needs for a quick stay. The check-in process was fast. Not much left to say about this property.

The air conditioning worked but blew directly into the curtains the whole night and didn't really cool the room. Partly our fault because we came in late and basically went straight to bed, but This probably shouldn't be that way.

Disappointing

I liked the convenience.

Breakfast was awful. Food was put out at 6am and they ran out in 30 mins. Staff was more worried about finishing shift than helping guest.

2nd visit, just as bad as the 1st one a yr ago.

Location is good. Staff was friendly. Room was pretty big, lots of lamps with USB ports. Thats it.

Room appeared to not have been properly cleaned; not vacuumed, dishes/glasses had gray film as in not washed in months, silverware (what little there was) didnt look clean, fridge and freezer didnt appear fresh and wiped out, hard floors weren't swept (food particles and old dirt left) You could tell the housekeeping only did the bare min to prepare the room. Shower had black gunk and mold THICK all along the hardware and on shower walls and corners. That shower hadnt seen a proper cleaning in months. The bed appeared to be clean with fresh sheets and it slept well for us. This was the 2nd time we've stayed here, 1st time a yr ago it was so bad we chgd rooms. Thought we'd give it another shot since it was the better priced hotels for Fathers Day wkend and not wanting to spend $200! Very disappointed in this place, AGAIN! We would have asked for another room if we wernt so tired and it being 9pm. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else !

Pleasantly frustrating.

Staff were nice and helpful.

We had a confirmed reservation for our room. However, due to our later arrival on check in, they switched our room with a nice view from the balcony to one overlooking the dumpsters. Informed people who check in later get leftover rooms. Informed her we had confirmed reservation- stated that's why you still have a room 😖 Room & bathroom wall fans didn't work, had to get box fan from front desk to circulate air and increase ventilation.

the room was ok, but the surrounding and the other people were very sketchy. they would stand around doorways, follow us

I didn’t know it was an extended stay, it smelt musty, had a terrible marijuana smell throughout the halls. it didn’t feel safe at all

No house keeping for the time I was there. Had to do it myself.

The beds are comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast was empty at 7:30, 8, and 8:30. There wasn't coffee either. Only oatmeal was available. We stop here 4 tines a year and really have never had a bad experience until this stay. All 3 hot foods were never refilled.
