The place is a nice size
A lot.. I got there and check the beds always for bed bugs but found a wad of hair and pubes in the bed sheet.. the bed still smelled like perfume and man from the last people that were there. There was also a dirty used q tip left on the floor and there was urine build up around the thing that holds the seat on. Also soap residue from the last people was left on the sink not wiped off at all. And the toilet stopped working correctly.. I went to front office asked for all new bedding even told them to just leave in the room and I would change it. They didn’t bring any said she forgot.. I left a day early

Everything was very clean
Staff didn’t greet when I cane in. No one at the desk at all. Breakfast was terrible, unripe bananas, juice (sunny d) in a refrigerator on the floor, poor choices. No staff in sight during breakfast. Checkout- still no staff. Left key in drop-off and left. Shower in room dripped all night. Glad I was only there 1 night.

I told the front desk staff I was traveling alone, and they made sure I had a room I felt safe in and was able to keep an eye on my vehicle. The room was clean, and A/C worked great. Nice comfortable bed, and shower had great water pressure. The staff was friendly. My stay was more than expected for the price, and even the WiFi was perfect.

Monty was great welcoming us and giving us info about the activities around the place!
Our rooms didn't look anything like the pictures that were advertised. We had a smoking room but, the restroom had buds all on top of the shower and burnt holes in the sheets. Didn't understand why there were 2 microwaves(one didn't work) and the icebox wasn't clean. The room served it's purpose as we weren't there too much. The pool was excellent as that's where we spent most of the evening as it was cool outside.

I was surprised by the quality of the room for the price. The was clean and seemed to be recently updated.
Outside of the building seemed a bit rough. Some of the people lingering around the hotel were concerning.

Convenient location to the Base and downtown.
The safes in the rooms are inoperable and when I asked about the safe in my room, I was told they don't work.

If i could give higher than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I stay here regularly, and this is by far the best customer service and cleanliness we've seen at a hotel! Monty at the front desk always greets with a smile and pays careful attention to detail. He makes sure he knows all of the guests and everyone feels at home while they stay. All the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay here. Housekeeping is always on top of cleanliness. There are always clean towels and sheets in the rooms. No loud noise here, no sketchy people. Just great employees! No matter where we're at in town, we will always drive just to stay here. Best experience we've had.

The room was big, clean, bed was comfortable.

Bed ok and AC works
Excuse of COVID to not provide breakfast but the reception doesn't wear a mask and the pool is open, sorry it is inconsistent.
Shower disgusting, smoke smell in the room even is a non-smoker room
