Location was good, and parking was great for my truck and travel trailer during my 3 day stay...the rooms were clean...
The entrance doors to the hotel were non-functional, they had a manual work around...In my room the air conditioning was sub standard and barely functioning, had to bring in a personal utility blower to help circulate air...the entrance to the parking lot from the main road, W Cameron Ave, was very steep and not at all good for long wheel base vehicles with trailers...

Customer Service was great. The room I reserved was on the second floor. They don't have an elevator so she moved us to a room on ground level. I can't walk up steps.
The bed was too high off the floor. I guess I need to start packing a step stool. I'm not short. I'm a 5"6". woman.
